Pirate Ship Scan
A deep-space scan that reveals a Pirate Ship near your planet.
A targeting scan generated by the Galactic Observatory. When used, it spawns a Pirate Ship near your planet. The available tiers are determined by the level of your Observatory, and you choose which tier to spawn.
